The essential duo for bone strength, immune system, and cardiovascular health. Vitamin D3 promotes calcium absorption, while K2 ensures that calcium goes into the bones – not into the arteries. Especially important from age 35, as the body's own D3 level decreases with age.
Benefits: Strengthens bones and teeth · Supports the immune system · Promotes cardiovascular health · Optimal bioavailability as drops

Scientific Background – Based on publicly available research literature. Intended for general information only and does not replace medical advice.
- Vitamin D Deficiency in Europe: An estimated 40% of Europeans have vitamin D insufficiency (25-OH-D3 <50 nmol/L) (Cashman et al., Eur J Nutr, 2016); in Germany, this figure is approx. 30% according to the RKI.
- D3 vs. D2: Cholecalciferol (D3) increases serum 25-OH-vitamin D levels approximately 87% more effectively than ergocalciferol (D2) (Tripkovic et al., Am J Clin Nutr, 2012).
- Vitamin K2 MK-7 – Two Critical Proteins: K2 activates (1) osteocalcin, which incorporates calcium into the bone matrix, and (2) matrix Gla protein (MGP), which prevents calcium deposits in arteries and soft tissues – crucial, as vitamin D3 generally increases calcium absorption.
- MK-7 vs. MK-4: MK-7 (menaquinone-7, mostly from fermented soybean/natto) has a half-life of approximately 72 hours vs. 1–2 hours for MK-4 – this allows for a more consistent and, with once-daily intake, complete supply.
- EFSA-Approved Claims: For Vitamin D3: normal bones and teeth, immune system, muscle maintenance, calcium absorption (EFSA 2010/2012). For Vitamin K: normal blood clotting and bone maintenance (EFSA 2009/2010).
- Drops in Oil: The oil-based drop formulation significantly increases the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2 compared to dry tablet formulations without a fat carrier.
